What if we just all treated each other with respect and kindness? I saw this in a hotel kitchen in Boise yesterday. All different folks engaging each other as humans. They were treating the guest and their fellow workers the same. They were going out of their way to engage to help, to offer service, and it was genuine. They felt good about it because it made them feel good. And suffice it to say the guests noticed this and returned the favor. We sometimes lose the simplicity in this. It can be like this if we want it to be.
