There will always be a level of give back to any step forward. It is what it is. Know this going in. There is no easy way out, you will have to grind through it. But the journey of having to do so will benefit you in the long run. You will have off days. It’s ok. It’s part of being human. Accept them and move on. Don’t beat yourself up or get down on the progress. It does not exist and tomorrow is a new day. Don’t question this at all costs.
