Nothing is unique and it all repeats. Over and over each population says this is the best and the worst because that’s what they see. We can’t comprehend anything else. But the same thoughts and dramas play out over and over again. In ways you don’t imagine because of mental and physical blocks. It’s all in your head. The only thing you can control is how you react. And even then you will slip into ego gratification and circumspect. Remember you have agency so use it. In all situations that you believe warrants it. If not, let it go, it was never about you.
