So much of your life is out of your control. That is why it is so important to use your agency when you can. Simply flow to the next action point and engage. If you think about what you ‘should’ ‘do’ but you don’t do it you will think you have failed yourself. Beware of the ‘should’s’. It’s do or don’t do, and that is all it is. In each moment this could change, but as long as you take stock of what is up for you to handle in the present, you can do no wrong. And sometimes that is sitting still.
