Always let another’s processing and emotional outbursts run their course. Stay present and let them come out of it themselves. Never try to calm them or redirect their voice. It will end up backfiring most of the time. It’s not about your comfort; it’s about their need to be heard. So let them sing all they want. You don’t have to sing back if you are not called too. Just keep space for them when they emerge. Especially if it’s someone you care about. If not, move on; it never needed to concern you. You have a mission to uphold and energy to access.
