When you ask for outside help and none is easily given, take this as a sign that you may not need it. You only think you do. What is in front of you is for you and your team to solve. It is not as monumental as you’re making it out to be. It’s all too easy to lay the blame on others for things stalling, instead of taking the time and effort to understand what’s needed. Treat it as an opportunity to learn something and push the ball forward on your terms.
