We are all just lights in a body. When it goes out, it goes out. The spirit is what people will remember and celebrate. It never dies. It really does not matter what you surround your physical body with. All the material things vanish when you leave it. So nourish your spirit. Do not harm it with excess, do not put it in a box, and do not try to control it. Never dampen it and never apologize for it. It is love and truth channeled. Let it be free and let it touch other spirits along the way. You can do this through creation, through presence, and through compassion. Ask yourself daily if you are investing in these connections and, if not, take the steps to do so. These contributions are all we ever have, and they're enough.
